WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our turn around time is be approximately 1-2 weeks depending on the item. 

* Please note that if you order an item and it ends up being backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted to switch colours, items, or be offered a refund *

 

1. PICK-UP YOURSELF IN MARTENSVILLE VIA OUR PARCEL PICK-UP LOCKERS: You will receive a text notification with pick-up instructions to the cell number you give us when your order is complete. Please ensure the cell number you give us is correct. Our brand new parcel pick-up locker room will be open 7 days per week so that you have the opportunity to pick-up any time, at your convenience.  ** We do ask that orders be picked up within 48 hrs for quick locker turnover. You are more than welcome to send a friend/family member your locker code so that they can grab it for you **

 

2. DELIVERY: We offer delivery to your door step for $10.00-$20.00!

Martensville & Warman (within city limits - no acreages or surrounding towns): $10.00

Saskatoon (within city limits - no acreages or surrounding towns): $20.00

 

3. SHIPPING: Flat rate shipping of $20.00 to anywhere in Saskatchewan.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?

Headwear: Please do not saturate hats with patches in water, as this can cause the patches to slowly seperate from the hat. Hats may be spot cleaned. Patches may be lightly cleaned with damp cloth. 

Clothing: All clothing is pre-shrunk. Wash cold. Do not dry on high heat.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?

We offer all major credit cards through your PayPal account. If for any reason you do not already have and cannot make a PayPal account, please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com or call our store 1-306-717-0471 during business hours an we will do our best to accomodate you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of these team products, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges. If there is a quality concern with your item, please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com and we will do our very best to correct the issue.

 

DO I ORDER BY MYSELF OR WITH MY TEAM?

Either or! Team orders require a minimum of 12 pieces per product and will receive a bulk order discount. Please email justacustomproducts@gmail.com for team orders. Please note that one person will need to be in charge of gathering information, sizes, and money from the group and placing with us as one order, with one payment. They will then be in charge of picking up as one order and distributing the items. If a team decides to do a matching team apparel order, the website still remains available to family, friends and the team member to purchase any additional merchandise.

 

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I ORDER A CERTAIN AMOUNT THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

We do not. All products are marked as is. We firmly believe our prices are very fair, and we appreciate you for understanding! Team orders do receive discounted pricing.

 

HOW LONG WILL THE ONLINE STORE STAY OPEN FOR?

The store will remain active until Wednesday, August 5th, 2026 and then it will be closed for the year.
